Use the Fixup Remove PageBoxes when you have determined that the PageBoxes are set incorrectly. By applying this Fixup, the TrimBox, BleedBox and ArtBox are removed.
Find the Fixup in the tab Data Preparation of an Article, Order or Production Job by
- Entering the name of the Fixup in the area Filter,
- Activating the PageBox option in the area Category,
- Activating the Delete option in the area Action,
- Activating the options BleedBox, TrimBox, CropBox and ArtBox in the area Property.
3. Description
This Fixup removes the TrimBox, BleedBox and ArtBox from the PDF file. Only the MediaBox and the CropBox cannot be removed, as the MediaBox is an essential component of a PDF file and the CropBox usually describes the area that is displayed in the Workflow.
3.1. Requirements and Functionality
For the Fixup to do what it promises, the following requirements must be met:
- In addition to the MediaBox and the CropBox, the file has another PageBox.

Further options can be selected.
3.2. Before/After
To experiment with this Fixup, refer to the sample file "Seitengeometrierahmen_Sample.pdf". The sample file contains all five PageBoxes.
After applying the Fixup, the file "Seitengeometrierahmen_Sample_End.pdf" is created. In this file, all PageBoxes have been removed except from CropBox and MediaBox.
