1. Licensing
The license is issued by your partner based on the offer – with or without software maintenance. You will receive the WCLID file from your partner, which serves as the key to activate the license on a workstation. This file allows you to register a new installation, activate it, and transfer it to another hardware at any time.
- If you want to register a new installation and activate it via the internet, refer to the article Online License Activation for more information.
- If the application $PRODUCT_NAME_WORKFLOW does not have internet access, follow the procedure described in the article Offline Licensing.
- If you want to transfer an existing installation to another hardware, follow the procedure described in the article Transferring the License.
- If you want to upgrade the existing application $PRODUCT_NAME_WORKFLOW prior to version 1.16.0 to version 1.16.0 with access to the online license server, follow the procedure described in the article Switching to the Online License Server.
Maintenance Contract
The maintenance contract exclusively grants the right to receive and install all published updates free of charge within the purchased period. Please note that purchasing the application does not automatically include a maintenance contract.
By concluding a maintenance contract, you gain access to regularly released versions and can benefit from new features.
