3.2 Support and Feature Request

Support request

Send your support requests to [email protected]. Telephone support is not available.

Always include the following information with support requests:

  • License ID - PDF XXX 1 (see license info in Help > License Information
  • Installed version - e.g.: 1.7.x
  • Problem presentation with corresponding files, screenshots or videos via e-mail or a WeTransfer Link (https://wetransfer.com/)

Feature request

Send your desired feature enhancements to [email protected].

Please always include the following information with feature requests so that we can inform you directly about the implementation of the feature:

  • License ID - PDF XXX 1
  • Description - as precise a description of the expectations as possible
  • Sample file - it is best to send this via a WeTransfer link or, if the PDF file is only a few MB in size, directly in the e-mail.

Feature requests can also be sent via the menu item Help > Send Feedback. As soon as you call up this command, an e-mail is automatically generated via your e-mail client and the log file of your current installation is transmitted.
